Initial Consultation

You’ll meet Ali (and decide she’s equal parts cool AND nerdy), and you’ll discuss all of the things. Fitness goals, nutrition needs, what engages you, and what knocks you off track.

Plan Design

Next, Ali will create a custom-tailored program that includes workouts, meal plans, and coaching tools just for you. You’ll be given realistic goals, based on an easily executed and enjoyable program.
