Life Coaching

Fitness is only one important part of living a whole life. How does the rest of your day play out? What’s your internal dialogue? Habits? Areas of strength? Areas for potential growth?
With one on one coaching, Ali will help you take an honest inventory and create space for change. She believes in your ability to operate on a higher level and has the life experience to purposefully guide you in that direction. Life Coaching services are a part of the AP Fit Plus package.
Foundational Support
We all need a strong foundation in order to become our best selves.

Studies have found that the missing link in most failed fitness programs is connection. Ali provides that foundational support of connection via access to the AP Fit Community inclusive group chat. You’ll also find a growing library of articles, recommended books, and other nuggets of knowledge hand-picked by Ali to nourish your personal growth. (kind of like fertilizer for the soul).
When you need additional support, straight from Ali, you can opt for the AP Fit Plus package, which includes one-on-one coaching with her via FaceTime, Zoom, or in person if you live in Austin. This personalized training, life coaching, and accountability will help build you up so you can start becoming the person you always wanted to be!
