Chief Endorphins Officer of AP Fitness

I believe in the healing power of movement. I believe in your ability to manifest a mental and physical shift in your life through exercise and personal connections.

I’m a certified personal trainer with decades of experience in exercising the mind and body alike. My clients get lasting results because I coach them on whole person health – emotional, mental, and physical. With my program you will:

1. Feel Better

“Happy people don’t kill their husbands, they just don’t”

- Elle Woods

Moving the body clears the mind and releases mood elevating endorphins. When you throw some weight around and move your body, you toss stress to the curb. You begin to think better about yourself. And you silence those pesky little voices — you know, the ones that say you're not good enough, skinny enough, smart enough. Those voices are stupid and we aim to shut them up…permanently.

2. Feel Included

“You can sit with us”

- Kind Campaign

I always ask my clients how they feel at the beginning and end of a workout. They always feel better at the end, (endorphins are a beautiful thing). But, humans require connection to consistently feel good. We need to feel a part of something - it's science y'all. So, when life gets . . . "lifey," the AP Fitness crew is here to hold up. I am here to hold you up. You are now a part of something bigger, you are included.

3. Have Fun

“Don’t forget to play”

- Someone like really, really smart

Yes, fun! It’s fun and exciting to feel a shift in your mind and see a change in your body. Exercise should have a joyful component. Think of kids on a playground, exercising AND having fun…who knew! When you equate fitness with fun, you’ll find yourself looking forward to your workouts. Once that shift happens, it all falls into place.
